We take a professional approach to all of our business, and client service is of great importance to us.

We have a variety of services of which we can provide Landlords with:

Landlord Service/Referrals
We have a database of existing tenants that are awaiting accommodation within the Stoke-on-Trent and Newcastle-under-Lyme area, ranging from single people to families, unemployed to fully employed people. We contact our registered tenants each week and are confident that we can minimise your void periods. Our Charges are typically equivalent to One Month, but negotiable depending on our current stock.

We offer a fully comprehensive management service, where we can allocate your property with a tenant from our database (all clients on this database have had the relevant checks carried out), in order to provide you with the peace of mind, knowing the tenant has been checked. This also saves you having to advertise your property too. For a Full Management Service, we have a 10% monthly charge in which we would deduct from your rent, and we also now offer an optional Inurance backed RENT GUARANTEE SERVICE for Landlords (subject the purchase of a rent guarantee product T's & C's will apply with additional charges).

Property sale

We are also specialists within the buying and selling area of the market, and are able to discuss your property, should you be looking to sell. We can complete a full and accurate Appraisal, and take care of all the marketing of your property for you, in order to get you a quick and easy sale for the price agreed.
